Social Media Marketing That Builds a Real Audience
Posting a few times a week and hoping something sticks isn't a strategy. We plan the content, run the accounts and manage paid social so your channels bring in enquiries, not just likes from people who were never going to buy.
What our social media management covers
Every plan is built around your goals, but the day-to-day work generally covers the same ground.
Content planning & creation
A calendar built around your goals, with the posts, graphics and captions produced against it, so you're never starting from a blank page on a Monday morning. Where it makes sense, this ties into our content marketing service too.
Platform-appropriate posting
What works on Instagram or Facebook is rarely what works on LinkedIn. We adapt tone, format and posting times to each platform rather than pasting the same post everywhere and hoping.
Paid social advertising
Where it fits your goals, we build and manage paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok, targeting the people most likely to actually buy rather than the widest audience possible.
Community management
Comments and direct messages get answered promptly and on-brand, so someone asking a question or leaving feedback isn't left waiting three days for a reply.
Monthly reporting
A plain-English report each month on what's actually engaging people and what isn't, so decisions are based on results rather than which post you happened to like the look of.
How a social media plan comes together
Audit & strategy
We look at your current channels, or the lack of them, who your competitors are talking to, and who you actually want to reach, then set out a strategy with clear goals attached.
Content calendar
A month at a time, we plan what's being posted, when and why, so content ties back to the strategy instead of getting made up on the day.
Posting & paid campaigns
Content goes out on schedule and any paid social campaigns are built, launched and monitored against agreed targets, not left running unchecked.
Reporting & refinement
Each month we show you what worked and what didn't, dropping formats that fall flat and doing more of what's actually landing with your audience.
How much does social media management cost in the UK?
Every business is different, but these general ranges give a starting point.
These figures are general guidance, not a quote. The right number for your business depends on how many platforms you need covering, how much content is required, and whether paid social sits alongside organic posting. If paid search is also part of the picture, our PPC & Google Ads team can price that alongside social so the two budgets work together rather than against each other. Every project gets priced properly after a short scoping conversation, not off a price list. Get in touch and we'll talk through what you actually need.
Common questions on social media marketing
Which platforms should my business be on?
Usually not all of them. B2B businesses tend to get more out of LinkedIn, while consumer brands often do better on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, depending on the age and habits of their audience. We cover this in the initial audit and only recommend platforms that genuinely fit your business, rather than signing you up to everything.
Do you create the content, or do I need to supply photos and videos?
Either. Some clients want us to handle content production entirely, others prefer to supply photos or footage from site visits, events or their team, which we then edit and schedule. We agree which approach suits you before anything goes live.
Do you handle paid social ads too?
Yes. Paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok can run alongside organic posting as part of the same plan. Where paid search is also on the table, our PPC & Google Ads team works alongside the social side so budgets are allocated sensibly rather than duplicating effort.
How is success measured?
Against goals agreed at the start, not just follower counts. Depending on what you're trying to achieve, that might mean engagement rate, click-throughs to your site, or enquiries and leads generated directly from social. It's reported monthly in plain English, not buried in a spreadsheet.
